This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services and products offered by Breakthrough Financial Wellness (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing or booking any service through our website, you agree to the terms below.

Coaching Sessions & Consultations

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions and consultations must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Missed time due to late arrival is not refundable or extendable.

Coaching Packages & Programs

  • Coaching packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once the first session has been completed or access to program materials has been granted.
  • Unused sessions within a package may expire if not used within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Digital Products & Educational Materials

  • Digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, and online materials are non-refundable due to their immediate access and downloadable nature.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Webinars, Workshops & Events

  • Registration fees for webinars, workshops, and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • If a live event is cancelled or rescheduled by Breakthrough Financial Wellness, you will be offered either:
    • Access to the rescheduled event, or
    • Access to a recording or alternative content

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access to services and materials.

We encourage clients to reach out directly so we can attempt to resolve concerns fairly and respectfully.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
